Keeping it simple.
PRODUCER AJB
Terms & Booking Policies

These Terms & Booking Policies outline how projects are booked, scheduled, and managed when working with Producer AJB, a brand operated by AJB Productions. They are designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all parties.

By approving an estimate, signing a Statement of Work, or engaging services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS
For some projects and clients, a 50% deposit is required to confirm production dates. Whether a deposit is required is determined on a project-by-project basis. Ongoing or repeat clients may be exempt at the discretion of AJB Productions.

Production dates are not considered confirmed until any required deposit has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When a production date is reserved, time and availability are held specifically for that project. As such, cancellations may be subject to fees based on the notice provided.

• More than 14 days before the scheduled shoot
Any payments made may be refunded, less any work already completed.

• Within 14 days of the scheduled shoot 50% of the total project fee is due.

• Within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot 100% of the total project fee is due.

Cancellation fees are not credited toward future work and reflect time reserved, preparation completed, and opportunities declined.

RESCHEDULING
Clients may request to reschedule a shoot once without penalty, provided at least 21 days’ notice is given and the new date is mutually agreed upon.

Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the scheduled shoot may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above. Multiple rescheduling requests may also be treated as a cancellation.

INCURRED COSTS
Any out-of-pocket costs incurred prior to cancellation or rescheduling — including crew bookings, equipment rentals, location holds, travel, or third-party services — are non-refundable and will be billed accordingly.

PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are issued on Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise specified in writing.

Late or outstanding payments may result in delays to the delivery of final deliverables.

SCOPE OF WORK
All services are provided based on the agreed-upon scope outlined in the estimate or Statement of Work. Any work requested outside of the approved scope may require a revised quote and may impact timelines and costs.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

QUESTIONS
If you have any questions about these policies, they can always be discussed in advance. The goal is transparency, fairness, and a positive working relationship.

Thank you.
